Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Mofactor Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use mofactor.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Where We Aim
Our goal is a site that works for as many people as possible. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these standards in full. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard for you to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@mofactor.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@mofactor.living and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
