Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use mofactor.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Mofactor Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Mofactor Heating & Air.

No Endorsement and No Promises

A match with a provider is not our endorsement of that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot say a provider will be available in your area at a given moment. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Information

The content here is meant to inform in a general way. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Cost Figures

Any prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they change with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general, and we do not promise any level of savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Safety First

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Please do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Mofactor Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site correct and current. Still, we cannot warrant that it is complete or that it contains no errors.
