What Mofactor Heating & Air Does

Mofactor Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not carry out heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not a party to any deal you strike with a provider.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

The providers you are matched with run their own independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about whether a provider will be available, how fast they will respond, or how their work will turn out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.
